SMS Marketing Terms

1. Program description

BizSalesGuy SMS Alerts is a notification program that sends new Arizona business-listing alerts via text message to subscribers who have opted in. Operated by Eddy Roche, Associate Broker (Arizona License BR579487000), at HUB Commercial / Sunbelt Business Brokers of Arizona.

2. Opt-in mechanism

Subscribers opt in via the SMS signup form on bizsalesguy.com or via the opt-in link in our email communications. Opt-in is double-confirmed: after submitting your phone number, you will receive a confirmation text and must reply YES to begin receiving alerts. We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not completed both steps.

3. Message frequency

Frequency varies based on inventory. Typically 4–12 messages per month, with occasional clusters when new listings are onboarded. Alerts fire when new listings become available on Eddy Roche’s BizBuySell broker profile.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier-imposed charges depend on your mobile plan. BizSalesGuy does not charge subscribers any fee to receive these messages.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. You may re-subscribe later via the opt-in form on bizsalesguy.com.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS engagement data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your number with third parties for marketing purposes. Mailchimp processes message delivery on our behalf as a service provider.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Effective date

These SMS Marketing Terms are effective April 27, 2026. Any material change will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
